Melbourne Square Stage 2 is the second stage of the Melbourne Square Development by OSK Property and EPF which is located in Southbank. Stage 2 incorporates a 40 storey five-star hotel, 72 storey residential apartment tower and a common podium.

The Hotel comprises of 600 hotel rooms with the podium housing most of the 5 star hotel amenities (Circa 10,000sqm of amenities). This ranges from the ground floor café/ bar, full services restaurant offering all day dining, meeting and conference facilities, ballrooms (Junior and Grand), function spaces, executive club lounge, gymnasium, yoga studio, swimming pool, podium rooftop outdoor event space and a rooftop bar/ restaurant. At a throw stone away from the height of Melbourne’s entertainment precinct, Crown, Hilton was selected as the Hotel Operator.

The Residential Apartment Tower comprises of 600 apartments with a mix of 1,2,3 bedrooms options plus a handful of sub penthouse and penthouse offerings. MSQ 2 amenities are split across two levels on level 11 and 52 to take advantage of the spectacular views on offer. A total of 200m2 of amenities are provided which comprises of a 25m indoor swimming pool, spa and onsen facilities, a generous interactive gym, outdoor rooftop terrace, lounge spaces, multi-purpose dining, a quiet library and co-working space which is connected over two levels on level 51 and 52 for all residents to enjoy.
