Point Polaris has been appointed as the Superintendent for the Demolition and Construction phase of this exciting project. Parts of the existing buildings are currently being prepared for demolition and an archaeological investigation is ongoing inside the historical Melbourne footprint.
This building will house 374 beds and become Iglu’s fourth student accommodation facility in Melbourne.
