Just in time before the snap lockdown, Point Polaris were invited to celebrate this special milestone for #FountainstoneGroup with a breaking ground ceremony at Western Gardenia.
The first turn of sod coincided with a toast to a happy Lunar New Year.
Point Polaris are managing this project in Tarneit which consists of 71 Residential lots and a Childcare centre.
