Chapter Group Melbourne, CDL Australia and Crema Group’s joint-venture Fitzroy Fitzroy project is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Fitzroy.
The project will feature 57 high-end apartments and 6 luxury townhomes as well as ground-floor commercial and retail designed by DKO Architecture
Retaining its current heritage façade which once formed part of the MacRobertson Steam Confectionery Works, a confectionery company founded in 1880, the project pays homage to the rich history of Fitzroy.
Named the “coolest street in the world” by Time Out, Smith Street is a lively strip famous for its hip restaurants, wine bars, vintage stores and live music scene. Only 3km from the Melbourne CBD, Smith Street’s food scene and community atmosphere landed it the number one spot on Time Out’s list for 2021.
