This 17-level tower, designed by Bates Smart, will incorporate some of the existing heritage facade of the original ‘Flagstaff House’ and accommodate a range of generous communal and recreation facilities. In addition to communal space, the lower ground floor level also accommodates bicycle storage, gym and back of house services.
The building incorporates a rainwater collection system, a biophilic façade, high performance envelope and glazing and makes extensive use of PV panels.
