Point Polaris had the pleasure of co-hosting, alongside Westpac, a frank and insightful lunch with 10 of Melbourne’s most influential developers spanning a wide-range of asset classes from Build-To-Rent to Commercial Office to Apartments.
Unsurprisingly the biggest debate surrounded this latter asset class, where the question posed our guests was “can you pick the bottom of the residential market?” Answers demonstrated both realism and positivity in equal measure.
What was very clear is that Westpac is optimistic about the market and supportive of its clients, while Point Polaris is doing more and more highest and best use work as developers think differently and more creatively about their projects.
