OVERVIEW
This ambitious development features a 44-unit social housing complex comprising three interconnected four-story buildings. These buildings will be uniquely connected via bridges, and the construction process will employ a blend of materials, including concrete, brick, metal, and timber.
This significant initiative is designed to offer secure and supportive housing for approximately 100 individuals, significantly impacting the lives of those in need while also stimulating economic growth in the Wangaratta region.
The $18m project was funded by Homes Victoria as part of the $5.3 billion Big Housing Build and delivered in partnership with Uniting Vic.Tas.
