OVERVIEW
The Eminence, designed by Plus Architecture, consists of 193 Apartments over 15 levels that transcends owner occupier and investor product.
It is the first of several projects we have delivered for the joint venture partnership of Lechte Corporation, Abacus Property Group and Crema Group.
Capital Advisory
Point Polaris assisted the developer in debt structuring, valuation management and debt procurement with a major Australian bank, which resulted return of developer equity prior to construction commencement.
Project Management
In undertaking the project management of the building, we carried out an early works package of constructing the basement, funded by equity and saving the project 4 months on the critical path.
