The project developed by Goldfields Group and designed by Cox Architecture encompasses the construction of a new 24,000m2, 24 storey PCA A-Grade commercial tower, with 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS ratings.

The project boasts a rooftop restaurant, Beverly, coworking facilities and a business lounge, along with a unique entry lobby, and 134 parking spots distributed throughout a five-level basement, complete with provisions for car charging stations.
