The reconstruction of 20 apartments and 3 tenancies at 358 Hampton Street Hampton. Point Polaris successfully unlocked an 8 year deadlock between an Owners Corporation and their insurer that previously went through the Supreme Court and VCAT after a fire 8 years ago.

After the matter progressed through the Supreme Court and VCAT, Point Polaris were appointed by VCAT as the Administrator of the Owner’s Corporation and appointed as Development Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent.

Point Polaris successfully navigated the complex web of legal, court, owners corporation act, insurance coverage, planning, design and contractual matters to achieve agreement between multiple stakeholders.
