The first development for the Ormond Hotel Group in Australia, the project comprises 530 hotel rooms and serviced apartments across two towers. The podium levels comprise a range of hotel facilities including a business centre, restaurant, café, gymnasium, yoga studio and co-working space. The design was led by architects Elenberg Fraser and Craig Tan, with interior design by New York based Studio Tack and Sydney based, Akin Atelier.
The dual frontage property runs between Flinders Street and Flinders Lane benefiting from views towards the Yara River. Located in a historically significant part of the Melbourne CBD the property is subject to an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Overlay and myriad Melbourne CBD planning controls.
